Some thoughts on duality……

In a duality 3D reality consciousness is more aware of what is outside than what is within. Self awareness beyond the physical is limited. Unaware that emotion is an interaction between the physical experience and the metaphysical.

Consciousness in this state will create that which it requires externally to evolve. Through experience it must strive to experience higher levels of consciousness thus external goals/measures are created. If a higher dimensional experience is created as a goal within the collective consciousness then the opposite must also be created so as to maintain the duality. This is why we have extreme's of good and evil.

We must realise that this duality is illusionary. The only truth is consciousness and the source of it. We collectively create this illusion.

We strive outwardly to create the experience we desire when in truth it must be created inside of us after all it is experienced within.

Do not look to the ascended ones to carry you on their wings.

Do not worship spiritual leaders. They are here to show the way ,they cannot do the work for you.

Look within ,the answers are there to be found. The answers bring balance and when this happens duality will cease to exist.

From within you will ascend.
